Whether you're looking for in-person or online training, individually or in a group, I’m here to help! We'll work together to identify your fitness goals and develop the best-personalized plan for you.

 

I have the knowledge and expertise to work with individuals of all fitness levels, Pilates experience, and interests. I’m experienced in working with pre and postnatal individuals and folks recovering from injuries, making Pilates an excellent complement to your physical therapy program.

I am a skier and snowboarder and have suffered both a broken wrist and an ACL rupture; if these are your hobbies, I am DEFINITELY the right instructor for you.

  • My Studio in Harrison, NJ > Private equipment and mat sessions

NOTE: Sessions in my home require a prescreening Intro Zoom before scheduling.

Pilates High Intensity Interval Training

Why should you be interested in Pilates High Intensity Interval Training? 

  • It's particularly good for women in the menopause transition! It improves insulin sensitivity and lowers fasting blood sugar levels, which is good for STRESS and cardiovascular and metabolic health.

  • It also strengthens and increases the amount of your energy-producing mitochondria, improving your fat-burning capacity!

  • Expect BEGINNER movement in a no BS, no judgment, FUN environment with great tunes and dance breaks.  Each week, I curate a special playlist designed to make you want to move!

  • The class structure consists of 15-20 minutes of exercise composed of 1 minute of intense movement followed by 30 seconds of rest.  Once the HIIT is complete, we end with about 15 minutes of Pilates core strengthening and stretching.

  • Come for the awesome music, but stay for the workout!
