Hello!
I’m Julia Granacki—a board-certified (NBC-HWC) Women’s Health Coach, Pilates instructor, and Level II Neuro Studio teacher. I blend biomechanics, brain-body training, and evidence-based coaching into one powerful, no-nonsense approach to midlife vitality.

My mission? To help women finally understand what’s happening in their bodies, take control of their health, and step into this chapter feeling stronger, sharper, more joyful, and active.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15+ years in corporate culture, which sparked my passion for creating healthier (and far happier) workplaces—because burnout is not a personality trait.

My work goes far beyond nutrition. I combine evidence-based medicine, proven behavior-change models, effective coaching strategies, and, most importantly, HUMOR, because midlife is wild enough—your health journey shouldn’t be.
