four ways in

no hierarchy of readiness

Craft the life you want.

Whether you are ready to begin, almost ready, or still in the private-research phase — there is a place here. No path is more legitimate than another. The work meets you where you are.

1:1 health & identity coaching

From $500 / month · 3-month minimum · Most clients stay 6–9 months

A private, ongoing coaching relationship built around the specific misalignment you're living inside. Not a goal-setting container. A space to figure out who you're becoming — and build the permission, language, and practical architecture to let that person exist. We work through identity shifts, behavioral patterns, the life you've built, and what it would mean to stop betraying yourself in small and large ways.

Prices vary - Small curated cohorts and workshops

A small, intentionally curated group for people in the same threshold space. Rhythm-based — not momentum-based. Your job is to notice, not to produce. The community is the product. Sharing is always optional. This is not a place to perform having it together. Offerings range from single-session workshops to longer multi-week programs — there is an entry point, whatever your capacity right now.

Starting at $80 - New York / New Jersey area & Virtual

Movement work grounded in adaptability, intelligence, and respect for all bodies. We reject the idea that movement must be punishing, aesthetic, or earned through suffering.  Instead, we work with the nervous system and the realities of aging, injury, and change. Strength is built through consistency and attention (not force) and through practice rather than perfection and performance.

You have spent years investing in other people's stability. Spending on yourself is not selfish. It is the precondition for the change you keep trying to make.
You don't need permission.

Irene J.

Julia’s knowledge, skill, supportiveness and intuitive ability to show me what I needed to do to strengthen myself has been amazing. I’m enjoying Pilates classes more and am more confident about my body and strength. I will continue with one on one sessions.

Dina M.

Julia is very knowledgable about body mechanics and movement. She cued right into what my issues were which resulted in fast improvement for me. She is a great motivator and has really helped me improve more than I expected.

Tina f.

I felt healthy but stuck — low energy, inconsistent workouts, and mentally stagnant. Julia helped me shift my mindset through self-compassion and small steps that got me moving again.

HSA & FSA Benefits

using your  health benefits for coaching

Some clients may be able to use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds to pay for health and wellness coaching. In some cases, these services can qualify as a medical expense if your doctor recommends coaching as part of a treatment plan for a specific health condition or risk factor. Typically, this requires a Medical Letter of Necessity from your physician stating that coaching supports your care plan. Every plan is a little different, so you’ll want to check with your HSA/FSA administrator about their reimbursement rules.

If your doctor needs it, I’m happy to provide a template for the Medical Letter of Necessity — just email me and I’ll send it along.
