Coaching
Coaching That Works With Change, Not Against It
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based methods and an understanding of how bodies actually adapt across time and change. Rather than chasing optimization or imposing one-size-fits-all solutions, we focus on building capacity, resilience, and self-trust—especially during periods of transition.
This work is collaborative and client-centered. We look at what’s happening in your body, your nervous system, your habits, and your lived experience, then design support that is realistic, sustainable, and responsive to change.
Movement, rest, nutrition, and stress regulation are approached as interconnected, not separate.
I work with people navigating the transition of aging, chronic stress, health changes, identity shifts, and moments when familiar strategies stop working.
Coaching here isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about learning how to listen to your body, adapt with intelligence, and stay present in your own life as it evolves.

clarity session
In this focused 30-minute session, you’ll receive clear, personalized guidance for the questions that arise when your health, body, and identity are in transition—especially around midlife, perimenopause, menopause, aging, and what comes next.

Foundation session
This 60-minute intake is where our work begins.
Together, we’ll take a broad, thoughtful look at your health, your history, and the questions that brought you here. This is a collaborative conversation designed to help me understand you clearly so we can build a plan that truly fits your life.

the work
This is ongoing, private coaching for clients who are ready to put insight into action and continue forward with clarity and purpose.
We meet every other week for focused 45-minute sessions to refine your goals, respond to what’s emerging in your body and life, and build habits and practices that support your health, resilience, and sense of agency over time.

AGECRAFT
Precision Without Punishment
Pilates
AGECRAFT Pilates is a practice grounded in adaptability, intelligence, and respect for all bodies. We reject the idea that movement must be punishing, aesthetic, or earned through suffering.

Instead, we work with the nervous system and the realities of aging, injury, and change. Strength is built through consistency and attention (not force) and through practice rather than perfection and performance.
There is no ideal body waiting at the end, only a deeper relationship with the one you’re already in.

Working with a wellness coach made me nervous because I’ve always struggled to make myself a priority. Julia met me where I was with a warm, holistic approach and humor. She helped me build realistic habits, more confidence, and a kinder inner voice. Every session felt thoughtful and customized.

Working with Julia was a true gift. I felt heard and not judged at all. She came up with several ways to reach my goals that were all attainable and fit my lifestyle without being overwhelming.

I was resistant to working with a Health Coach — I didn’t think I had the time or motivation, yet knew something needed to change. Julia met me where I was, worked at my pace, and gently challenged patterns that weren’t serving me.

Working with Julia helped me feel more comfortable about changes happening in my body and taught me ways to take charge of my life and how to advocate for myself. Julia helped me gain the confidence I needed to change a gynecologist who was just treating me terribly.
