This weekly four-part series is designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the unique challenges associated with menopause and aging or, as Julia likes to call it, midlife f*ckery.
This course also allows movement and wellness practitioners working with this population to understand their client's unique needs, foster empathy, and improve client programming and care.

You will be armed with evidence-based information and tools to understand your hormones, your body, and the changes you face. We’ll also explore everything from Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

Reclaim your SELF, harness your power, and rebuild your confidence! It's time to SMASH the negative lens of middle age and begin shaping your future into what you want it to be!

MODULE 4 | MOVEMENT FOR MASTERING MIDLIFE
Dropping estrogen levels decreases muscle mass, bone density, and, often, mobility. It can feel like you’re stuck in someone else’s body! In this 55-minute Pilates session, you’ll reconnect with your body, learn how to build strength and flexibility safely, and we will explore specific approaches for issues associated with the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause.
