Hello!

I'm Julia Granacki, a Women’s Health Coach and Pilates instructor. As a multi-disciplinary practitioner, I am dedicated to empowering midlife women and individuals to take control of their health, understand their bodies, and become more joyful, vital, and active! With over 15 years of experience working in corporate culture, I am also passionate about building healthier and happier work environments. I believe in a holistic approach to health that goes beyond just nutrition. My practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine, proven behavioral change models, effective coaching techniques and (most importantly) HUMOR.
