Who am I?
Hi! I'm Julia Granacki, an IIN certified Health and Wellness Coach and Pilates instructor. I provide compassionate, evidence-based, no-BS lifestyle and nutrition guidance for busy, ambitious women combatting the aggravating and often confusing physical and emotional changes that come with midlife. I believe that suffering through this time is optional, prioritizing yourself is non-negotiable, and having a sense of humor is necessary. I know that together, we can find ways to help you feel infinitely better than you do right now.
Who are you?
A woman suffering from symptoms associated with midlife change, perimenopause, menopause, and burnout. You have been navigating this landscape for more than a minute and keep thinking, "There has to be a better way!" You've worked hard to get where you are, yet you suddenly feel you have no control over what's happening to your brain and body.
I know how you feel because I've been there, and I reject the idea that midlife has to be miserable, and so should you!

What the heck does a Health Coach do?
You want to make a change. Maybe you're not sure where to start or you start strong and fizzle out somewhere along the way. You want control. You want body sovereignty.
I'm here to help you achieve that. All coaching is client led because you are the best expert on you!
Together we will:
Establish trust and accountability.
Evaluate where you are and where you’d like to be. We will set realistic step by step actions to achieve your goals.
Identify challenges and hidden barriers that are preventing change.
Build problem-solving systems you can apply (on your own) as new goals and obstacles arise in the future.

What does a Health Coach not do?
I follow a strict code of ethics set forth by the NBHWC (National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching).
A coach does not:
Interpret medical data
Prescribe or deprescribe medication
Provide nutrition consultation and create meal plans
Provide psychological therapeutic interventions or treatment
