Combining my skills as a health coach and Body by Cheri's experience as a personal fitness trainer, we have created a combo education and exercise program!
Consisting of four Weekly group coaching sessions at 7pm every Thursday with me (for understanding your midlife body) + four 1:1 30 min fitness training sessions with Cheri and access to her Super Classes.
Program starts the week of
